Can I change my delivery address although my order has been dispatched?

If you have selected a standard mail service as your delivery option, we will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your address whilst the package is in transit.

If you’ve selected our Express Shipping service via DHL, an address change is possible. DHL offer an online service called ODD (On Delivery Demand) which you can use to make the delivery more convenient for you. Here’s the link for the ODD service:

You’d simply follow the link, enter your tracking details then hit the ‘change address’ section and the rest will be easy to follow.

You’ll need your tracking information before you can make any changes, so wait for your shipping confirmation to come through before trying it.

 

Please ensure you check your address before placing the order, just to ensure you have entered the correct details.

My parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it.

If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it. Please first check with any surrounding neighbours for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

If you had your Gymshark order delivered to a workplace, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel, we know how tempting a fresh Gymshark package might be.

Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you’re still unable to locate your order, get in touch with the support team and where possible, we’ll open an investigation with the courier and do our best to help out.

 

Note: All lost parcel claims must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

What if I am not home for my delivery?

If you are not at home when your parcel is due to be delivered, it may be left in a safe place which will be advised on a delivery note posted through your door by the courier. If the delivery fails, the courier will leave a note explaining they attempted delivery with instructions on how to rearrange.

Customs & Import Fees

As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.

Gymshark has no control over customs and import tax and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.

The threshold for bringing goods into the US from the UK is $800USD – Any orders with a value above this amount will be charged import fees.

 Canada

The threshold for bringing goods into Canada from the UK is $20CAD – Any orders with a value above this amount will be charged import fees.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Gymshark, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

 

If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

SA Delivery

A standard and express option is available for the SA, both fully trackable. Our standard delivery is sent via our Postnet Partner and our express service sent via DHL.

Your tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log into your account and hit ‘view my order‘ to find your tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Gift Cards

If you purchase a gift card through the website, a unique code will be emailed through to the email address you entered when checking out.

Gift cards can only be used on the store from which they were bought from. I.e. SA gift card must be used on our SA store etc.

We do not currently offer a physical gift card.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards, any orders found in breach of this will be cancelled immediately. Additional orders purchased using these gift cards will also be cancelled.

If you’ve received and gift card and it isn’t working, contact us immediately.

I’m from Kwazulu Natal or Western Cape, what are my delivery options?

If you’re from one of the above areas, we have separate products displayed in your area. We have distribution set up in these areas which means you will get cheaper, faster shipping! To find out more, visit the site which automatically picks up your area.

You are still more than welcome to order from our JHB store, however, you will be subject to the shipping rates set by this store.

To shop at the relevant store, simply access the site from your area and it will switch stores automatically.

Refunds

  • All refunds are to be made to the account used to pay for your original order. In the event that we’re unable to refund directly to your account, store credit will be issued
  • Once the item is received the item is then sent to our technical department for testing
  • If the product is found to be overclocked or used out of warranty uses the item will be void of the ability to warranty accordingly and provide a refund
