PandaMiner B3 Plus Warranty
- A 10-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. To avail this warranty, email email@example.com. Overclocking the PandaMiner B3 Plus will void the warranty immediately.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be given. Defective machines can be repaired for free under the warranty policy. After the warranty period, machines can be repaired for the cost of parts and labor.
- In some cases, the warranty will be void, but we can still do repairs at your own expense if requested. The following events will void the warranty:
- Customer removes/replaces any components by himself without receiving permission from us first;
- Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges;
- Burnt parts on hash boards or chips;
- Miner/boards/components damage due to water immersion or corrosion due to wet environment.
Warranty doesn’t apply to the following cases:
1. Customers damaging or modifying components;
2. Miners exposed to water/damp/high humidity or excessive heat or other natural disasters after arrival;
3. Corrosion led by exposed circuit boards or components due to water and moisture or chlorine in the air by means of storing pool products in the same room;
4. Damage caused by low-quality power supply;
5. Burned circuit board or chips;
6. Other damages caused by customers.
PandaMiner B3 Plus Repairs
BitCoin Prosper Facilitates the repair of PandaMiner products. If you require a repair done on an PandaMiner please open a repair ticket and send us the unit for testing and fault finding. All preparatory parts that are damaged will be sent to a repair site in Hong Kong or the USA depending on the nature of the damage and type of part.
Once purchase, you’ve agree with the after-sales policy by default. The after sales policy is as follows:
1. Please understand once the miner is sold, a refund or return is not available.
2. The supplier provides a 30 days warranty period. The shipping costs for warranty should be covered by customers.
3. Miner prices may be adjusted according to market fluctuations without prior notice or compensation.
BitCoin Prosper cannot guarantee the hash rate of miners thus the advertised Hash Rate is that of the manufacturer and an online statistic procured through Nicehash Here is used to determine earnings.
Income of any miner is not guaranteed and is not controlled by BitCoin Prosper. Governing factors of earnings such as Algorithm Network Difficulty and Coin Value determine earnings. No refunds can be given due to the fact that miner are specially ordered and suppliers do not allow refunds. This clause is in line with the consumer protection act and forms part of the special orders section.
